The team consist of experience professionals having expertise in handling real estate transactions including those involving FDI in the real estate sector. The team advises on both residential and commercial real estate projects in India. Since the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Bill, 2013 has been cleared by the Cabinet; the team has already done the preparations in terms of checklist and compliances to be adhered by Real Estate companies in terms of registration, payment, escrow and other compliances.
