Manish Nama is a seasoned professional possessing extensive experience of more than 9 years with varied business environment in multiple industries viz. Manufacturing, infrastructure & financial consultancy. He started the career being a risk managing associate for Global Hedge Fund Management Companies like VCMF Angel Fund, Blackwater Capital Management, LGT Group etc. after which shifted his complete focus on law and pursued the degree of Company Secretary. During his employment he has served manufacturing concerns like USHA International Limited and turnkey project management company like Cherryhill Interiors. Moreover, Manish is one of the leading face behind the all law compliant packaging of famous brand Mawana and TISVA, leading lighting brand of Usha International Limited which he was assigned during his employment.



    Manish experience includes:

  • Advised Smithways Oncology (P) Ltd. on dietary supplement compliances for its flagship product Immutide Forte and other Oncology related drugs.
  • Advised Relaxo Footwears Limited on packaging of its complete product line including footwears, socks, belts and other accessories to be compliant with Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, ISO standards for footwears.
  • Advised VLCC Personal Care on packaging of its complete product line of cosmetics including creams, shampoos, make-up kits, and other beauty productsto be compliant with Drug and Cosmetics Act, various applicable IS prescribed by Bureau of Indian Standards and Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
  • Advised Kohler India Corporation on the packaging of its complete product line of Sanitary ware to be compliant under Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
  • Advised Valvoline Lubricants (P) Limited on coverage of Premise and licensing requirements under Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation Act.
  • Advised Lombardini India in the matter of Fire Safety and Standards and IS Compliances.
  • Advised ASKME on Insolvency Proceedings in Malaysia.
  • Representing Kohler India Corporation at the Office of Director General of Foreign Trade, Customs Commissionerate and Director, Legal Metrology in the matter of Port Labelling of Goods under Foreign Trade Policy, AEO Compliances and Legal Metrology.
  • Advised Kohler India Corporation on Wholesale trading compliances, Merchant Trade Compliances and Third-Party Exports under Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
