Abhimanyu Rajpurohit has been the member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2008. He did his graduation from Rajasthan and then came to Delhi for completing professional studies. He has served Manufacturing Companies like SKN Bentex during his employment and after which he decided to move into the practice and never looked back. He is the founding of the firm “Compliance Chambers”. He is having and experience of more than 10 years in varying fields of corporate restructuring, business restructuring, expense management, tax incidence management and much more.
He has extensive expertise in Company Law Matters. With a strong network of professional across the corporate world and substantial experience in managing complex assignments, he is a gem of the firm. He has excellent exposure in handling corporate matters and dealing with various regulatory authorities like Registrar of Companies (ROC), Regional Director (RD), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) etc.
As a strong follower of the ethics and duties of the profession of Company Secretary, he has been serving the institute with his services by being the member in different committees in Regional Council of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
